. Advance deposit of full stay is required and non-refundable at the time of booking
. A non-refundable full duration of stay deposit will be deducted from a valid credit card at the time of booking
1 night deposit for less than 7 nights will be deducted from the credit card upon at the time of reservation
2 nights deposit for 7 to 29 nights will be deducted from the credit card upon at the time of reservation
Check-in time: 14:00 hours
Check-out time: 12:00 hours
Late checkout till 18:00hours will be half day charge. After 18:00hours will be full day charge

1.A valid credit card is required upon reservation made to guarantee the booking.
2.The residence does not accept third party credit card. Please present the same credit card used for full payment made upon check in, as a verification procedure in accordance with credit card merchant requirement. Failure to do so may result to the residence requesting full payment upon check in on the alternate card provided or cash
3.All rates are subject to 6% Good & Services Taxes (GST) and subject to review arising from any increase in statutory utility tariff rates, or any adjustment in Malaysia prevailing taxes or any other additional levy and fees.
4.The above rates are exclusive of Malaysia Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 per room per night. The TTx applies to all bookings registered under foreigners (i.e. non-Malaysian NRIC holders and non-MyPR card holders) with effect from 1 September 2017. TTx for the entire duration of the stay is payable to the Hotel upon check in.
